Mechanical Assembly Technician’s Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install and outfit units and or containers from detailed drawings, work instructions and other technical data
- Work closely with supervision and personnel from the Engineering department
- Installations typically consist of electrical and stowage cabinets, shelving assemblies, light fixtures, custom structural brackets, pallets, racks and custom machinery
- Follow all work instructions and special processes within the work folders
- Use shop tools in an effective manner toward project completion
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must pass a pre-employment screen
