About

Who We Are

We are a company that talks to customers about problems and requirements from which our engineers use mature systems
engineering practices to develop solution concepts. With the customer’s input, Fairlead takes these concepts through
development, prototyping, requirements testing, and production to field fully-integrated and qualified solutions. Fairlead’s
capabilities are analogous to a mechanical fairlead used in maritime, naval, and industrial applications.

A fairlead is a critical piece of marine deck equipment through which a ship’s mooring line is rove to efficiently and fairly lead
(away from obstructions and chaffing) the force and strain on the line from the ship to the mooring. Like this deck equipment,
Fairlead Integrated provides a business process through which a customer’s requirement is rove to efficiently and fairly lead
(free from risk and technical encumbrance) the customer’s concept to a fully integrated, compliant solution. We believe our
name says a lot about how we conduct our business and serve our customers.

The combination and close coordination of electrical and mechanical integration competencies is rare in a single business. We
welcome you to explore our website to learn more about our unique company and what we can do for you.
