Fairlead Announces Organizational Changes

Portsmouth, VA, 22 December 2017 – Fairlead Integrated is pleased to announce that as of 1 January 2018, its two divisions Fairlead Integrated Power & Controls (FIPC) and Fairlead Precision Manufacturing & Integration (FPMI) will be merging to one company simply called Fairlead, a division of Fairlead Integrated.

The organization changes are aligned to Fairlead’s principles of playing offense in everything we do, ensuring employee and customer success, and acting as Fairlead, Integrated. Along with the nearly $10 million in capital improvements occurring over the next year, “our continued investment in Fairlead’s employees, facilities, and capabilities will allow us to further enhance our ability to provide exceptional products and services to our customers,” said Fred Pasquine, President of Fairlead Integrated.

As departments within the divisions merge, several leadership changes will also take place:

  • Dan Wood has been promoted to the position of Chief Financial Officer, and will be responsible for all aspects of Finance, Contracts, IT and Purchasing.
  • Gary Dove has been promoted to Vice President of Programs, and will be responsible for all aspects of Estimating, Planning, Engineering and Programs.
  • Frank Zingales has been promoted to Vice President of Operations, and will be responsible for Production, Material Control, Production Control, Facilities Management, and Quality Assurance.
  • Bob Bodvake will become the Vice President of Boatworks.
  • Milo Hyde will serve as Acting Vice President of Business Development.
  • Brian Miller, Ed Goodin, and Todd Babcock will serve as Directors of Business Development, and Keith Hubble will maintain his role as Director of Advanced Engineering Solutions, all reporting to Milo Hyde.
