Beach Panel & Controls, Inc. (BPC) was established in 1995 for the specific purpose of designing and manufacturing power distribution equipment, automation controls, wide area networks, integrated systems, and monitoring systems for the marine industry.

Initially, Military Sealift Command (MSC) was BPC’s primary customer and the company flourished under a Department of Defense IDIQ contract to service multiple MSC ships.  BPC supported these vessels in the areas of automation, retrofits, electrical maintenance and upgrades.  BPC’s experience and core competency encompassed electrical system integration with expertise in design, fabrication, installation, maintenance, life cycle service and repair.

Early on Beach Panel & Controls became an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and soon thereafter became a formidable competitor in providing electrical control panels, switchboard design/build/installation, power distribution, and full scale automation systems.  BPC repeatedly demonstrated their ability to provide the labor and materials required to maintain and repair these systems on MSC vessels in numerous locations around the world.  BPC excelled at supporting MSC with emergent repairs as well as providing advanced-planned contract work.
